Ellipticals

Precor’s exclusive CrossRamp allows the user to target and engage different muscle groups, especially your glutes. Precor’s residentail ellipticals are the: 5.21, 5.23, 5.25, 5.31, 5.33, 5.35, and 5.37. Precor offers ellipticals with lower body movement only (5.21 and 5.31), Precor offers ellipticals with total body movement (5.23, 5.25, and 5.33), and Precor also offers two ellipticals with convertible arms (5.35 and 5.37). 

Precor Ellipticals with convertible arms means you can either lock the arms in place and just work your lower body, or you can have the arms move and get a total body workout.
